Delivery takes 7-21 business days.
Areas that cannot be shipped are subject to change several times, so refunds will be processed after notification by e-mail.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.
*In the case of parcels over 3kg, additional shipping cost may be charged after contacting the customer before delivery begins. Additional shipping costs can be paid through the personal payment page. (It may be different depending on the Zone. Please inquire through the Q&A page or Email in advance.)
Exchange or return products must be requested within 48 hours of product arrival. Products that arrive at the return destination will be exchanged or refunded after inspection, and the refund will take about 7 business days. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
-Checklist for exchange, return
1) The product tag must remain attached.
2) It must be an unused product.
3) The product must be undamaged.
4) In the case of a refund or exchange due to a change of mind, all round-trip shipping costs are borne by the purchaser, and refunds are made after product inspection.
Please understand that the product may be returned by cash on delivery if there are any signs of wear or problems.

* Bright colors such as white and ivory
* Linen / Knit / Leather
* Accessories (including shoes), discount products
* If there is deformation / wear marks and contamination due to washing
* There may be white powder from the zipper poly bag material. This is the same phenomenon that occurs in all zipper polybags and is not a reason for change or return.
- Colors may look different depending on the monitor and resolution of each mobile phone and PC.
- Please understand that there may be an error of about 1-3cm in the measured size depending on the measurement location.
